We should start with the giant game against the Eagles in Philadelphia last night.
Then sweep the locals Pats who were on the road in Buffalo. We will chat about the  Jets who were Revesless in the meadowlands.

Then review some of the bigger contests that happened in the NFL on Sunday.

Tell them UNH and Uconn  and Southern  did not play only Yale played and they played  Colgate in their hom opener. As the bulldogs entertain Cologate it is the start of 4 straight games in the venable Yale Bowl. This year the Eli's will be challenged at every turn.

Then we will move on to the MLB and those red hot playoff races.When I say red hot I mean red hot chili pepper hot and throw in some Hapineros to get the point across.

The order of business will be the fortunes of the Yanks as they finish up their pivotal final regular season road series withe Toronto Blue Jays.

I don't know
 about your opinions but what we just saw this weekend was playoff baseball.

The giants have  a total study of of what think you are going to see is what you will surely not get. Game 1: I thought the giants would win.they lost. Game 2 vs rams I looked for a win- they won. Game 3 Eagles: loss they won. Game 4, Out to Arizona they were in my opinion a little suspect and they won. Game 6 Seatle at home  easy win right? Wrong they lost.Game 7, Buffalo they were playing a team that was coming off wins versus the eagles patriots and raiders. The bills were 4-1 and the g's beat them.Geez.

They have their bye week and come back and barely beat the the Dolphins who at that time had an 0-6 record. They trailed by a score of 14 to 3. They won a late mistake by the dolphins. After eight games they were 6 and 2.
Now they are 8-7 heading into another end of the season collapse or a home playoff versus a team with a better record than them. Who are we kidding they 2- 5 and they are facing the dallas cowboys who have the same record. The cowboys over their last seven games have a 4-3 record. In one of the giants 2 wins since starting at 6-2, the cowboys had a chance to finish off the giants. It was only two games ago, when a resurgent dallas team hosted the gmen. The cowboys were 7-5, facing a reeling group that had lost 4 games in a row.

The Dallas group let the giants beat them or else this game would probably be for naught.

Who wins? The giants looked good in their last game against the jets. While the boys were destroyed by the eagles as their QB looked on with a badly bruised hand.Here we go,  the Meadowlands, at 820 pm--Hey, the giants should win but look at the way this season has gone!

Day 1401 On a day off we do two das it!

When I do not work all day I workout on the cardio for two hours. I burned 2625 calories in the two hours and did 22 chin ups , 270 killers,370 crunches  370 q crunches 800 floor crunches and 3 minutes of plank. I wish I could have done more as I weighed in at 180 pounds.

Feeling awesome I am now fit to celebrate the Christmas...
